Dodo Payments joins the payment providers

You can now connect Dodo Payments to Ghost. Dodo is a merchant of record: it charges and files the tax for each buyer's country and pays you out once. One-time purchases and subscriptions grant access in Ghost. A cancellation at the end of the period keeps access until the period runs out, an immediate cancellation or an expiry ends it. Your Dodo products show up in buy buttons, paywalls and pricing tables, and test purchases are marked with the payglue-test label, so you can try the whole flow before you go live. All it takes is an API key with read access to products and a webhook with five events.
