Ending one product no longer ends a reader's other purchase

If a reader bought two of your products through buy buttons, or two through paywalls, both purchases carried the same label in Ghost. When one of them ended, PayGlue could not tell that the other one was still paid for and took away all access.

Each product now gets its own label in Ghost, for example product:product-abc123. When one product ends, the reader keeps access as long as another one is still paid for. We converted the existing rules automatically, so there is nothing to do on your side.

If you filter members in Ghost by product:button or product:paywall, new buyers carry the product label instead.
