Security update: Django 6.1.3

We updated Django, the framework behind the PayGlue API, from 6.1.1 to 6.1.3. The two releases fix ten security issues between them. Two of them apply to PayGlue: a denial of service through specially crafted request headers, and uploads that were held in memory in full.

You don't need to do anything. The update is live for everyone.

We also changed how we watch for these updates, so the next one reaches us the week it comes out. If you run PayGlue yourself, the update is in PayGlue-OS v0.12.1.
