A new trailer, and PayGlue on YouTube

The play button on the landing page now opens a new 72-second trailer. It replaces the 30-second clip from September and shows more of the product: connecting your payment provider, a purchase that turns into a Ghost member, and a pricing table that mixes free, subscription and one-time plans. The same trailer is the first video on our YouTube channel and is linked in the PayGlue-OS README.
